All remote support sessions are monitored and recorded for security and quality purposes. By proceeding, you consent to this recording. NSI Security technicians will never ask for your passwords, credit card information, or personal financial details. Step 1

Download NSI Security Remote Support

Click the button below to download the NSI Security Remote Support app powered by TeamViewer. This is a lightweight tool β€” no full installation required. It is pre-configured specifically for NSI Security.

Compatible with Windows and Mac. For mobile devices, search TeamViewer QuickSupport in your app store.

Step 2

Run the Application

1. Locate the downloaded file in your Downloads folder β€” it will be named NSISecurity_QuickSupport.exe (Windows) or NSISecurity_QuickSupport.dmg (Mac).
2. Double-click the file to run it. No full installation is needed β€” it opens directly.
3. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?" β€” click Yes to continue.
4. The app will open and display your ID and Password on screen.
Step 3

Share Your ID & Password with the Technician

Once the app is open, you will see two numbers. Share both with your NSI Security technician over the phone or chat.

Temporary β€” changes every session

⚠️

Important: The password is temporary and changes every time you open the app. Only share it with your NSI Security technician when you are ready to begin the session.

Step 4

Wait for the Technician to Connect

Once you share your ID and password, keep the app open and wait. The technician will connect shortly. You will see a notification on screen when the session begins.

You are in control: You can see everything the technician does on your screen in real time. You can end the session at any time by closing the app window.
