Overview

With 24 Gigabit PoE+ ports, the UNV NSW3000-25GT1GP1GC-POE-IN supports a larger camera network from one switch. Copper and optical uplink options connect the camera group to a recorder or core network.

Camera power

Each port supports up to 30W, but all ports share the 370W total. Size the load using maximum device consumption, including IR, heaters and other accessories.

Network layout

Use the uplink arrangement that matches the site’s copper or fiber cabling. Extended-distance mode reduces link speed and should be checked against the video bitrate on that run.
