Important PoE Notice
The NVR502-16B does not have built-in PoE ports. IP cameras must be connected through a separate PoE switch, network switch with PoE, PoE injectors, fiber uplinks, or other properly designed network infrastructure. Confirm total camera bitrate, PoE power budget, switch uplink capacity, VLAN design, and network topology before ordering.
Flexible Recorder for Structured Network Deployments
Because this model does not include built-in PoE, it is especially suitable for systems where cameras connect through managed PoE switches, multiple network closets, fiber uplinks, VLANs, or an existing enterprise network. This design gives installers greater flexibility than a recorder with fixed onboard PoE ports.
