Third-Party Recorder Compatibility

Third-party integration may require manual configuration. ONVIF support does not guarantee access to every feature. Motorized zoom, autofocus, UMD, human-based events, audio, edge storage, smart search, and firmware management may be limited depending on the recorder, VMS, firmware, codec, and stream settings.

Installation Recommendation

Mount the camera first, then use the motorized lens to fine-tune the field of view and focus. Confirm target distance, IR reflection, mounting angle, cable weatherproofing, PoE budget, MicroSD access, audio requirements, and recorder compatibility. Keep nearby walls, ceilings, glass, and reflective surfaces outside the direct IR path.

This product includes a three-year UNV manufacturer equipment warranty when purchased through NSI Security, subject to applicable warranty terms, eligibility, exclusions, serial-number verification, and return procedures.
