The IPC3224SS-ADF28K-I1 uses dual channels through one IP address. This is very important for third-party recorder integration because some non-UNV recorders may not properly support dual-channel camera behavior, full resolution, full frame rate, codec, audio, alarm I/O, smart event features, ONVIF profile, or stream profile. If a third-party recorder cannot display or record both channels properly, the camera or recorder may need to be adjusted to a lower supported resolution, FPS, compression format, stream setting, or channel configuration.
